THE SERVERS ARE NEVER DOWN—except for routine maintenance, which even then they provide plenty of advanced warning on multiple platforms. If a server does go down for any reason, they act VERY quick!4. Friendliness with staff and their discord. The people who work at DedMC are truly incredible, and they feel human rather than robotic or AI. They’re normal people, incredibly relatable and personable. 5. Ever since ownership of the company changed a year or two back, it’s only gotten better. They revamped their pricing, reworked partnerships behind the scenes to offer even higher quality equipment while focusing and stabilizing connections. This is especially relevant for their dedicated systems. Before the ownership change, dedicated machines in the US ran for a pretty high price—previous owner stated it was due to internet costs in America. The new owners completed changed their connections and it’s so much more affordable now!10/10 services, pricing, customer support, hardware quality and customer service.
