I brought my concerns up with customer support and James was very helpful with getting me answers quickly. I also work in customer service so I can usually have a decent expectation of what kind of response I'll get, not this time though. My expectations were blown right out of the water! In under an hour not only had I heard back, but I was given an explanation for my problem, a solution, AND an expected time of completion for the solution. That alone was impressive, but to add to my satisfaction James informed me the problem was solved ahead of schedule. I've recommended SM for years due to the quality service they provide but now I can add excellent customer service to that. Certainly a welcome change from the norm of standard scripts and soulless responses you get from most customer service experiences. 10/10 Will recommend, and continue to be a client for the foreseeable future!”
