(I'm not so good with server settings, so maybe I messed something up) But all thanks to *Jay B.*, everything was set up properly, and he even compensated me with a 3-week extension for my subscription for free for the very late response/help on their end due to backlogs. If you are wondering why I still gave a 5-star review even with the late help. It was all thanks to *Jay B.* for making me feel not dumb and being patient with me while fixing my problem. That said, I'm very happy with the support I received and appreciate the effort Tom put into getting our server back.Thanks again, Tom!”
